Anne Davies has over twenty years of senior management experience in both private and voluntary sectors. A "women returnee" she has brought together education, "hands on" experience and passion to whatever she has been involved in. Whether it is setting up and growing organisations or developing networks to share good practice and influence policy.

Spending nearly a decade in part-time education as a mature student Anne achieved a number of qualifications in business and human resources, including a Masters in Business Administration [MBA]. All of which have helped her cascade her knowledge and experience across numerous organisations. Having taken many organisations through the Investor in People process she is totally committed to involving staff in the whole process of business planning ensuring their personal development is business led.

Whilst focusing on small voluntary organisations in all sectors, in particular social enterprise, her work strengthens both the business and the sector. However, the real secret of Anne's success has been her desire to empower people and organisations to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
